We strive to give an all inclusive experience, where all meals throughout the day is included in the registration fee. We will also offer a gift bag to all delegates with drink vouchers to be used on the Closing Party on Saturday and to other selected nightclubs.
All lunches and the dinner on Thursday and Friday are buffet-based meals. Alcoholic beverages will be included on Thursday and Saturday. The dinner on Saturday will be a banquet dinner with three courses and wine individually selected for each course, held in the White Hall at Bristol Hotel.
There will be fruit and small treats accompanying coffee and tea during the morning and afternoon breaks. Vegetarian and vegan alternatives will be offered for all meals. Other dietary requests may be included in the registration and we will strive to accommodate all needs.
