All Body Shapes: Redefining What We See as Normal
What happens when you start documenting what real bodies actually look like?
All Body Shapes is a photographic project exploring the diversity of human bodies — unedited, unfiltered, and shown without judgment. In this session, I will share my personal journey of building the project: the people I’ve met along the way, and what it has been like to photograph such intimate and vulnerable parts of the human body.
The talk reflects on trust, vulnerability, and the conversations that emerge when people choose to be seen as they are. It also explores how exposure to real bodies can reduce shame, increase understanding, and help us build a healthier relationship with ourselves and others.
This session is for anyone interested in body image, identity, and how greater visibility can create a more open and inclusive culture.
