"Consent in our lives: yes or YES?"

This workshop will highlight how we relate to ourselves, to others, to choice, to power and to desire.

The activities bring "consent" out of abstraction and into lived experience. It is seen as something that shifts moment by moment and encompasses every kind of interaction, not only sexual ones.

Participants explore where their "yes", "no" and "maybe" feel authentic. Self reflection is central together with somatic attention and structured sharing, creating space to hear oneself without interruption.

Sharing becomes an act of witnessing, allowing recognition without correction or judgement.
The workshop also separates intimacy from self abandonment. Many queer adults learned connection through adaptation or performance. These practices offer closeness that includes pauses, exits, boundaries and real validated choices.

The overall objective is integration. Participants leave with a clearer internal compass, greater trust in their bodies and voices, but most importantly with a relationship to consent that feels more conscious and awake.
